Where to Start?
As soon, you see the error, execute the following steps:- Check your modem and ensure all lights are blinking including Internet LED.
- Next, check the DSL and power light on router. If none of them is flashing- it implies the issue is with Internet connection.

If they are able to connect with router Internet, it implies the issue is with device and its wifi adapter.
- At last, if none of the devices connects to Internet then, it’s the corrupt DNS cache.
Once you are able to find the source of Internet-connected but no internet access issue, it’s time to fix them one by one.
Solution to Wifi Connected but Internet not working error
If you are unable to find what causes your Internet not to work on device but connect with router then, follow the steps as given (in sequence):Solution 1: Resolve the problem with Internet Connection
Here are your steps:- Open routerlogin.net window and enter the router settings.
- Enable SSID for both 2.4 GHz and 5.0 GHz.
- Then, make sure they both have different network name assigned and security is set to WPA2 [AES].
- Next, check the Ethernet and all other cables connected to modem, router and your wifi accessing device. If you find them broken or damaged in any form that disrupts the service- REPLACE them.
- If you can't find any light flashing on modem then, contact your Internet service provider for the resolution. As it points towards their server error.

Solution 2: Fix Device problem to resolve Internet connected but no internet
For this, here’s your troubleshooting process:When all other devices like your computer are able to access the Internet but the android or iPhone then:
- Simply, restart your router, modem, and mobile to reload the boot software.
- If that doesn’t fix your Internet access issue then, go to Network settings of your mobile and tap on Network you want to fix.
- Enter its credentials and confirm the network name and password matched with the one assigned to router.
- Next, check and disable all other networks enabled on device like your mobile hotspot, proxy server, or any VPNs.
- If the error Internet connected but no internet access android still prevail, go to device settings again.
- Tap on Network and Settings option & navigate to reset network option.
- Touch 'Confirm' button to allow the network reset.
- After it completes, add the network name again and connect your device to it.
Solution 3: Troubleshoot DNS Cache Conflict
For this, you need to open command prompt in windows device and type ‘ipconfig/flushdns’ to clear all the corrupt DNS cache from the network.
